Dr. James E. West, Chief Scout Executive of the Boy Scouts (left) and Representative Sol Bloom of New York with the Official Boy Scout poster which was painted and donated to the Boy Scout Jamboree by Howard Chandler Christy, 1937. The poster was distributed all over the world for the Boy Scout Jamboree which was held in Washington with 30,000 Boy Scouts in attendance.
